Simple concepts to increase self-confidence - improve coordinative skills - fun and games included

Every Friday the kids are introduced to important topics in a playful way before the weekend they deserve. Important goals include the conscious awareness of "risky" situations, and the behavior in them, recognizing dangers before they arise, violence prevention, self-confidence, discipline, healthy movement, breathing exercises and of course physical self-defense training.
By playfully pushing your own “limits”, the kids learn to assert themselves better and above all to recognize physical “movement deficits” and to work on them (eg: an increase in balance, improvement of hand-foot coordination, ...). The training is designed continuously because a constant "work on yourself" is necessary to discover new opportunities. The kids training is not a competition class - we do not prepare children for sports fights, but for reality.
